Quintessential Sauvignon Blanc showing maturity and balance. Yellow pepper, ripe apple, pineapple and some mango with subtle aromas of citrus and a hint of ginger. Full-bodied and generous with underlying power yet not fat and flabby due to the pronounced and self-confident acidity. All elements are very well integrated, the texture supple and succulent, the fruit juicy and complex. Slight phenolic note from large old oak. Drinking beautifully now. 93
Ein klassischer Sauvignon Blanc, der Reife und Ausgewogenheit zeigt. Gelber Paprika, reifer Apfel, Ananas und etwas Mango mit dezenten Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten und einem Hauch Ingwer. Vollmundig und großzügig mit unterschwelliger Kraft, aber nicht fett aufgrund der ausgeprägten, selbstbewussten Säure. Alle Elemente sind sehr gut integriert, mit geschmeidiger, fleischiger Textur, saftiger, komplexer Frucht. Leichte phenolische Note vom großen Holzfass. Jetzt sehr gut trinkbar. 93

Complex hazelnut, toast and vanilla aromas intermingled with honeydew melon and a touch of ripe red apple. Firm and muscular on the palate with opulent fruit and toasty oak character. A touch of grippy phenolics, yet refined, smooth texture and very charming fruit. Elegant and multi-dimensional, this Chardonnay develops beautifully in the glass. A food wine with considerable ageing potential. 93
Komplexe Haselnuss-, Toast- und Vanillearomen hinterlegt mit Honigmelone und einem Hauch reifen roten Äpfeln. Am Gaumen fest und muskulös mit opulenter Frucht und Holzröstaromen. Etwas griffige Phenolik, dennoch raffinierte, geschmeidige Textur und sehr schmeichelhafte Frucht. Elegant und vielschichtig, entwickelt sich dieser Chardonnay wunderbar im Glas.
